I. Scheduling

A. Booking Appointments
All listings should be scheduled online or by phone. Online booking is the preferred method, as it provides real-time calendar availability. If we are unavailable by phone, you may be directed to our online booking portal. Once an order is submitted, it will be confirmed within a few hours.

If your preferred date or time is unavailable, please contact our team—we do our best to remain flexible when possible.

B. Arrival Window
On the day of your shoot, our photographers aim to arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. In rare cases, circumstances outside of our control (traffic, prior appointments, weather, etc.) may cause delays. If this occurs, you will be notified by call or text with an updated arrival time.

II. Rescheduling & Cancellations

A. Notice Requirements
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Clients may reschedule directly through their online dashboard or by contacting our team via phone, text, or email.

B. Cancellation Fees
There are no fees for rescheduling or canceling with 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a $75 cancellation fee, which will be invoiced directly. On location cancellation is $125. These fees ensures compensation for our Creative Specialists who reserved time for your appointment.

III. Preparation for Photoshoots

A. Property Readiness
Proper preparation is critical to achieving the best results. We strongly recommend following the preparation guide available on our website. Our goal is to help you impress your clients and win more listings.

B. On-Site Adjustments
Our photographers may make minor adjustments on-site when necessary; however, not all items can or will be moved. Failure to follow the preparation guide may result in unwanted items appearing in photos or videos.

IV. Delivery

A. Standard Delivery
Most media is delivered the next morning, allowing you to activate your listing quickly. Same-day delivery may be available for an additional fee.

B. Delivery Timelines

Next Morning (before 11:00 AM):

  • HDR Photos

  • Drone Photos

  • 3D Tours (Matterport/Zillow)

  • Virtual Twilights

  • Listing Websites

Within 36 Hours:

  • Virtual Staging

  • Basic & Plus Floor Plans

  • Standard Videos and Reels

Within 2-3 Business Days:

  • Premium Videos

  • Videos with Ai Enhancements

  • 2D Color and 3D Floor Plans

  • 3D Render Floor Plans

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to volume, weather, or special requests.

V. Travel Fees

A. Service Area
Travel outside of our standard service area may incur an additional fee. Please contact our team with the property address for a quote.

B. Mileage Rate
Travel fees are calculated at $0.75 per mile (round trip) outside of our service area.

VI. Licensing & Usage Rights

A. Copyright Ownership
Wendell & Anthony Media retains full copyright ownership of all media produced and may use the content for marketing, portfolio, promotional, or educational purposes.

B. Client Usage License
The client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media:

  • To market the specific property while it is actively listed

  • To market themselves (agent branding, portfolio, website, social media)

If a listing expires, is withdrawn, or later re-listed, new media must be ordered or a license must be purchased to reuse existing content.

C. Third-Party Use
Media may not be sold, transferred, shared, or provided to another agent, brokerage, assistant, staging company, or third party to solicit services without written permission. Licensing for additional usage may be obtained upon request.

VII. Payment

A. Viewing & Payment
Clients are able to preview media prior to payment. Once payment is completed, downloads are automatically unlocked.

Copyright & Usage Notice

Wendell & Anthony Media, DBA, is the copyright holder of all images and media produced. Copyright is not transferred unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

The original purchasing agent is licensed to use the images for advertising the property during its active listing period only. Images may not be reused, resold, or transferred without written authorization. Temporary removal from the market does not void the original license if the same agent resumes the listing.
