Copyright Ownership
All photographs, videos, drone imagery, floor plans, and other media created by Wendell & Anthony Media are protected under United States copyright law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wendell & Anthony Media retains full ownership of all copyrighted media.
What This Means
Purchasing media from Wendell & Anthony Media grants a license to use the media as described below.
Copyright ownership is not transferred with your purchase.
Standard Client License
The original purchasing agent or client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased media for marketing the photographed property.
The license remains valid while the property is actively listed for sale or during its initial rental marketing period.
Your License Includes
- MLS and Bright MLS
- Zillow and other real estate portals
- Brokerage and personal agent websites
- Social media marketing
- Property Flyers & Brochures
- Email marketing
- Digital advertising for the property
- Marketing during the active listing period
This license is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchasing client unless otherwise authorized in writing.
License Restrictions
The following uses are not permitted under our standard real estate marketing license.
- Media may not be transferred to another listing agent.
- Media may not be resold or sublicensed.
- Media may not be used for commercial advertising without written permission.
- Media may not be used after another agent assumes the listing.
- Copyright notices may not be removed. or altered.
Additional Licensing
Some uses of our media fall outside the standard real estate marketing license and require additional written permission or a separate licensing agreement.
